ABB DO572 can extend an AC500 CPU centrally or operate in approved decentralized S500-eCo stations using communication interfaces such as CI592-CS31, CI501-PNIO, CI541-DP or CI581-CN. ABB states that ABB DO572 must not be used with CI590-CS31-HA.
