The 7400207-001 is the passive, 19-inch rack-mount baseplate that hosts Tricon v10 main processors (3009 / 3009X) plus the first eight I/O modules of a safety rack. No active logic – it is the high-density backplane that delivers +5 V, ±12 V, field-power buses and the TriBus triple-modular-redundant (TMR) interconnect. If your Tricon rack cannot “see” the MPU, 90 % of field cases trace back to bent back-plane pins or burnt power blades on this very board.
