SDCS-POW-4-SD is ABB DCS800’s flagship power unit that squeezes line rectifier, pre-charge, DC bus and chopper into a 3-U drawer-style module. Slide it in and you have a 4-Q regenerative or 2-Q non-regenerative drive ready to run—250 kW–520 kW stand-alone, 2 MW in parallel, hot-swappable and interchangeable, cutting downtime from days to minutes.
