Calibrate or conduct health checks on proximity probes and monitors. This device can simulate the signals in actual mechanical operation, allowing engineers to verify the system performance without stopping the machine or disassembling it
Precise calibration capability: By simulating mechanical vibrations through an adjustable "wobble plate", it helps calibrate the accuracy of proximity systems.
Universal probe installation: The Universal probe fixture supports probes ranging from 5mm to 19mm, eliminating the need to prepare multiple adapters for probes of different diameters.
No oscilloscope requirement: Signals are generated through the built-in simulation mechanism in vibration mode, allowing for reading and calibration without the need to connect an oscilloscope.
Portability & Durability: Robust housing (IP54), easy on-site maintenance, detachable spindle micrometer + magnetic base design.
