163179-03 is the 3500/62 six-channel Process-Variable Monitor (PVM) for Bently Nevada’s 3500 machinery-protection suite.
It accepts any mix of ±10 V or 4-20 mA signals from transmitters measuring temperature, pressure, flow, level, load, etc., compares them to user-programmable alarm set-points and supplies real-time data to the 3500 rack for display, relay actuation and DCS/SCADA export.The card is hot-swappable, SIL 2 capable and certified for Zone 2 hazardous areas.
